BOOTH DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS
All booths measure 10’ x 10’ or multiples thereof. We do not sell any half spaces. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide a freestanding display 8’ in height on all sides including the back wall. If you do not have your own 8' display walls then you must purchase the 8' booth curtains at a cost of $35.00 per booth space. Include this fee on your application as indicated. Each exhibitor is to create a distinct and separate display area for his or her booth – one that does not allow you to “see through” to neighboring booths. Some suggestions are folding panels, covered screens, wood panels or lattice walls backed with fabric.
Tables measure 8’ x 30” and must be professionally covered to the floor. Excess stock should be placed under the tables and out of view.
All exhibits, including tables and chairs must be kept strictly within the confines of the leased space.
It is very important that all exhibitors add appropriate seasonal decorations to their booth displays to carry the holiday theme throughout the show. Garlands, swags, wreaths, twinkle lights, seasonal decorations are recommended. The more attractive the display, the more customers you will attract.
